History of Lion Lager in South Africa                                                                              Back in 1889, two bold brewers, Charles Glass and Hermann Ohlsson, decided to bring the magic of lager brewing to Port Elizabeth. They knew South Africans deserved a beer as vibrant and bold as their landscapes. Thus, Lion Lager was born, roaring onto the scene with its crisp taste and golden hue.
